4. Payment & Pricing

Payments are due as specified in the proposal, and all fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Trellis Q reserves the right to adjust pricing for ongoing services based on the scope of work and market conditions, with prior notification to the client.

Trellis Q commits to delivering Data Analytics Solutions as per the agreed timeline in the proposal. Performance timelines may vary based on the complexity of the project and timely access to client data. Clients are responsible for providing necessary data and access to systems as required for the successful execution of services.
6. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the materials, methodologies, and tools developed by Trellis Q in the course of providing Data Analytics Solutions remain with Trellis Q. Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the deliverables solely for their internal business purposes, provided all fees have been paid in full.
7. Prohibited Uses
Clients agree not to use Trellis Q’s Data Analytics Solutions for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes, including but not limited to:
- Manipulating data to mislead stakeholders
- Using analytics for illegal activities
- Distributing Trellis Q’s proprietary tools or methodologies without permission
8. Disclaimers & Warranties
