Customers have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return for eligible services and products. To qualify for a return, the request must be made within this timeframe and must meet the conditions outlined below.
Data Analytics Solutions-Specific Non-Returnable Items
- Custom analytics reports tailored to specific client needs
- Subscription services or licenses already accessed or utilized
- Digital products, including software downloads and online courses
- Consultation services that have been completed
Return Condition Requirements
To be eligible for a return, the service or product must be in its original condition, unused, and accompanied by proof of purchase. For data-related services, the request must be made before any deliverables are finalized or accessed.

Refund Method & Timeline
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 14 business days after the return request is approved. Please note that it may take additional time for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
Exchanges are not typically offered for our services and products. If you require a different service or product, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order.
Defective / Wrong Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will arrange for a replacement or correction at no additional cost to you, provided the request meets our conditions for returns.
